Introduction

In Minnesota and nationwide, HPP works with advocates, tenant organizations, preservation purchasers and others to craft and implement preservation strategies for individual housing developments.  HPP also focuses on broader policies related to a number of affordable housing preservation issues.

Brown Power Base Project
The Brown Power Base Project seeks to build a broad grassroots network of African-American, Latino and other brown parents and students to address segregation and other structural forms of exclusion in K-12 education in Minnesota.
