A rural version of PWG, this group of national advocates and affordable housing organizations focuses on preservation issues involving the Rural Development Section 515 Rural Rental Housing Program.
On an as-needed basis, HPP convenes national conference calls to address issues arising out of pending legislation or administrative actions by the Rural Development Division of the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the agency responsible for administering the Section 515 Rural Rental Housing Program.
